Shirley's real estate journey began at Homing Estate Agency as a REN and later at Kozin Real Estate, where she was awarded the Top Real Estate Negotiator in Sarawak by the Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) in 2020. Over almost two decades, she has built up an exceptional track record in project sales, subsales, rentals and getting developer on joint-venture projects while also demonstrating expertise in new project planning. Shirley actively marketed various projects, both locally and internationally, collaborating with renowned developers, and gained a deep understanding of the high-end property market.

At Aglow Nexhome, Shirley is the founder and managing director where she plays a pivotal role in assisting foreigners in realising their dream of calling Malaysia their second home. She specializes in facilitating the application process for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) permit and visa program, ensuring a smooth transition for international residents.

Prior to 2003 and before venturing into Real Estate she had worked in the telecommunications, furniture, and electrical industry where her focus was on Credit & Financial Services.
Shirley's educational background in Bachelor of Commerce and Management (Finance and Business Management) from Lincoln University, New Zealand in 1996, coupled with her professional experience in finance, credit management, and real estate, reflects her commitment to continuous learning and growth.
