Steven Tay started as a Team Leader, got promoted to District Leader and now is one of the Agency Leaders in PropNex Malaysia. He has achieved excellent results during the 3 years of his amazing journey, with 2 exclusive project deals totaling a GDV amount of RM1.3 billion as his biggest achievement.

Steven’s grandfather is his biggest inspiration in life. He wants to become a person that is never afraid to learn and overcome challenges in life, just like his grandfather.

Steven Tay always leads by example. He inspires everyone with the right effort and action that will definitely lead them to success. He believes that personal achievement and growing in a team are equally important. As a father, apart from work Steven allocates quality time for family and his loved ones as well.

Steven Tay personally experienced how PropNex's established platform and culture has transformed him. His mission is to give hope to others, for them to be willing to share skillsets and experiences with others to excel in their career journey.

Together with his wife Jessica Tung, their dream came true when they opened PropNex Cheras in October 2021. Despite the whole world facing a lot of uncertainties during this pandemic, both of them see a great opportunity!
