Stephon Chong

Stephon graduated with a degree in Marketing and Management from Curtin University, Perth. In 2004 he started his first job as a banker, and after that, he moved on to a legal firm working as a conveyancing officer, this was where he got a small start in the real estate experience.

After 5 years as a conveyancing officer, in 2010, Stephon started a job as a special officer to the Minister of Tourism. A year later, Stephon decided to start his own business and continued on for 5 more years.

In 2015, Stephon joined Asia Dream MM2H, an organisation appointed by the Ministry of Tourism to help foreigners apply for visas in conjunction with the My Malaysia Second Home programme.

Stephon is an experienced property investor and has a vast international network. He joined PropNex Sabah in 2019, and is now an agency leader together with Philomena, he has been a great motivation and inspiration to his team.
